I got a new lens today.  50mm prime lens f/1.8  Its so pretty.  Anyway, this is the first good shot I got with it this afternoon.

It seems I have shifted into photography now.  I'm fine with that, I'm more interested in it because its easier for now.

So... There was a huge icicle hanging on a lamp light outside my room...

After a long absence there is still no art coming out of me.  Ive been tapped dry for this year.  Hopefully something will spring out over the Holidays.  But for now I just did this and I find it immensely funny and hopefully other people do too.

Keeping with the theme of faces, here is a nose.  Supposedly noses are way more difficult than eyes.  I didn't have very much trouble with this, except for maybe the colouring.

Decided to draw an eye because someone said it was really hard.

Here is the eye that I did.  It took a good 2 days to get it perfect.
Eye lashes were the hardest part about this drawing.  That and getting it to look realistic.
