I managed to go out and shoot some shots after work during the summer.  I work at what is essentially a huge fair. Lots of rides and other entertainment stuff. Got these with my fisheye because it was the only thing I could get a stable long exposure with without my tripod because I didnt have it.

After a long absence I'm finally back and I have photos.  School took over my life and I had no time to take photos and I was completely drained creatively, but now that school is over I can think again and Im not constantly stressed. I feel like trying to shoot more people and less objects so my posts might be more scarce because of this change.

Fog is one of the most difficult things Ive tried to photograph because its always changing and its so rare. Lucky for me I was able to get a couple photos in before the wind blew it all away.

Im still on a bit of a dry time for ideas. I met a new person and she was willing to be a model for these. So here are some smoke pictures. The last photo is actually a silhouette but blogger doesnt seem to like dark photos so it lightens them up. After a quite long absence im back again. Lets see how long this will last until the next time im saying the same first sentence. Anyway, winter sucks because its cold and theres ice. But it gives me amazing photo opportunities. Heres what ive gotten so far in the past few days.

These are from random days again. I haven't been able to post things regularly, but at least I'm posting stuff. Hopefully Ill be able to take photos more regularly and post them quicker, but I'm not sure that will happen. Hopefully Ill find a way. I have a few ideas floating around and I just need to get them rolling.
The first one is from my window and the second and third were on the side of the road at a park. I was adventuring with my friend Dan and it was the middle of the night, so it wasn't the greatest idea to scout out the area and shoot while it was pitch black outside.

It rained for a solid 24 hours a few days ago. I was sitting at my desk and realized that the rain on the window would be really cool, so I took a few shots.  This was the only one that I liked. Simple and rainy.

I did something different this time. I went out with my friend Sage and we went basically to the middle of nowhere and shot super long exposures with a photography group he found. Doing this was weird because the f/ stop number was higher than I'm used to shooting it at. But it was good to get out of my rut of f/1.8 - f/2.8

I went shooting all day a few days ago and I think that getting 4 good shots is a good day. Here are these 4 shots. Only 1 from the daytime turned out good. I have others but I dont like them. And then the other 3 are from the night time. All day I was with my friend Sage who also happens to be a photographer. Yay I have photographer friends.

Im officially off to school and that means scoping out the area for awesome new photography spots! I found this little gem, its an abandoned paper mill I think. None the less, its really an amazing spot during the day and it would be an even more amazing place at night if it wasn't scary and potentially inhabited by homeless people.

Driving across the country is boring. Sitting in a car for hours not being able to do anything, watching the sunset outside and not being able to take photos of the sunset in the countryside. This was the best I got at a rest stop.

The sky was really pretty one evening and it faded from blue to yellow to red really perfectly. The light it emitted was amazing too. Along with the fact that all the street lights were just coming on.
